Restoring purchases
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Remove Ads and kept themes come back on any of your devices.
Refunds
Purchases are billed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple.
Why I don’t see ads
Players under 13 and players who bought Remove Ads get rewards without ads. If you expect an ad and none appears, none was available; try again in a moment.
Where my progress is kept
Progress, stars, and streaks are stored only on this device. They aren’t synced between devices, and deleting the app deletes them.
The birth-year question
The app asks once, the first time it opens. To answer again, delete and reinstall the app; this also deletes your progress.
