These terms cover your use of Emoji Escape. By using the app, you accept them.
Using the app
Juan Dorado grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Emoji Escape on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two disagree, Apple’s agreement wins.
Purchases
In-app purchases, such as Remove Ads and seasonal themes, are sold and billed by Apple under Apple’s terms. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Rewarded ads
Some rewards, such as an extra hint or a revive, can be unlocked by watching an ad you choose to watch. Ads come from Google AdMob. If no ad is available, nothing is granted, and you can try again later.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Juan Dorado isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using the app or from not being able to use it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
Changes
These terms may change. The new version is posted on this page with a new effective date, and using the app after a change means you accept it.
